WE’RE WEIGHING IN: BATTERY RECYCLING IS POWERING OUR 2026 ECO GOALS.

Here at HME, we are doing things a little differently to help achieve our 2026 eco targets. Instead of letting used batteries end up in office bins, we have been collecting them for recycling.

To track the difference we are making, we weighed the batteries before taking them to a recycling centre.

It is a small change to our daily office routine, but a positive step towards making our workplace greener.

So far, we have collected an impressive 18.25 lb of batteries
