FORMER HOSPITAL SITE SEES MAJOR CHANGES

Humphrey M&E Consultants are very pleased to be working with Countryside Partnerships North East on part of the major regeneration scheme at the former St. George’s Hospital site in Morpeth.

The final £60M phase is being delivered in partnership with Home Group and Karbon Homes and will follow two successful phases on the overall £131M project, which have already seen 154 homes built since work began, back in 2015.

Our work has centred on three apartment blocks clustered around the impressive central tower. The apartments include energy-efficient air source heat pump hot water generation, heat recovery ventilation electric heating, EV charging and Photovoltaic generation.
